About our experiences

Where do the celebrations take place?
Our events are held in exclusive luxury desert camps in the Agafay Desert, about 40 minutes from Marrakech. For a Sahara experience, ask us about our Merzouga options.

Is Agafay the same as the Sahara?
No. Agafay is a stunning stone desert with golden hills and open skies, close to Marrakech, which makes it easy to reach and perfect for a one-night celebration. The Sahara’s large sand dunes are further away. If you dream of dunes, tell us and we will advise you.

What types of celebrations do you organize?
We specialize in three signature experiences: surprise proposals, vow renewals and luxury desert weddings. We also organize bespoke private events across Morocco.

What is included in a package?
Each package is tailored to you. It usually includes the luxury camp setup, private 4×4 transfers, a gourmet dinner under the stars, live traditional music and a fire show. Optional extras include a photography session, a sunrise hot air balloon flight, quad or buggy excursions and a sunset camel trek.

Can you organize a surprise proposal?
Yes. We coordinate everything discreetly with you in advance: the setting, the timing, the musicians and the photographer, so the moment is a complete surprise for your partner.

Pricing and booking

How much does a celebration cost?
Every celebration is designed around your wishes and guest list. Our packages start from €1000 for 2 guests. Send us your vision and we will prepare a personalized quote.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 15 days before your event to ensure full availability and a seamless organization. For weddings and larger groups, earlier is better.

How many guests can you host?
There is no fixed limit. From an intimate celebration for two to a large family wedding, our team manages every detail with the same care, whatever your group size.

Planning and travel

Can you organize our flights and accommodation?
Yes. We can coordinate flights, private transfers and your stay in Marrakech or at the camp.

What is the best time of year?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer pleasant days and mild evenings. Summers are hot and winter nights can be cold, but we adapt the setup to the season.

Are the ceremonies legally binding?
Our vow renewals and proposals are symbolic celebrations. For a legally binding wedding, tell us your situation and we will guide you through the required formalities.

Payment and cancellation

How does payment work?
A 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before the event, and we will confirm the exact schedule in your quote.

What is your cancellation policy?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and our team. For the rest of the amount paid:

• More than 60 days before the event: full refund.
• Between 30 and 60 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before: no refund, as our team and partners are already fully engaged for your celebration.
