These Terms & Conditions apply to all events and services booked with Morocco Luxury Events (“we”, “us”, “our”), an event planning agency based in Marrakech, Morocco, including desert proposals, vow renewals, weddings and other private celebrations. By confirming a booking, you (“the client”) accept these terms.

1. Our services

We design and coordinate private events in Marrakech, the Agafay desert and other locations in Morocco. The exact services included in your event (venue, decoration, catering, transfers, entertainment, photography and other options) are set out in your written quote and booking confirmation.

2. Quotes and booking

• All quotes are personalised and valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Bookings can be made up to 15 days before the event date, subject to availability.
• Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit and sent you a written confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

• A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due before the event. The exact payment schedule is confirmed in your quote.
• Prices are shown in the currency stated on your quote. Bank fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation and date changes

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and our team.
• For the rest of the amount paid, the following refunds apply if you cancel:
  • More than 60 days before the event: full refund.
  • Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: no refund, as our team and partners are already fully engaged for your celebration.
• A change of date is possible, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to move your event.
• Any cancellation must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp.

5. Changes made by us

In rare cases, we may need to change part of your event because of weather, safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control. When this happens, we will always offer you an alternative of similar quality or a suitable solution.

6. Weather and outdoor events

Many of our events take place outdoors in the desert. Weather conditions such as wind, rain or cold nights can affect parts of the programme. We will adapt the event where possible to keep you safe and comfortable.

7. Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for your travel arrangements, passports, visas and any travel requirements for entering Morocco.
• We strongly recommend that you and your guests take out travel insurance.
• Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or dietary needs before your event.
• You and your guests agree to respect local laws and customs, as well as the rules of the venues and partners involved in your event.

8. Liability

We work with carefully selected partners and take great care in organising every event. Our liability is limited to the services we provide directly and to the amount paid for your booking. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for the personal belongings of clients and guests.

9. Photos and videos

We will only use photos or videos of your event on our website or social media with your permission.

10. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
